These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by RST Navigo, a premium taxi service provider based in Zurich, Switzerland. By accessing or using our website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Service Use

  • All bookings made through www.rstnavigo.com or via email/phone are considered confirmed once payment or booking confirmation is issued.
  • Accurate information must be provided during booking (name, contact, pickup/drop location, date/time, number of passengers, etc.).
  • You are responsible for ensuring the details provided are correct; errors may result in delays or missed pickups.

2. Pricing and Charges

  • Prices are based on selected routes, vehicle types, time, and services.
  • Prices are shown in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include motorway tolls and tunnel charges within Switzerland.
  • A meal stop (if requested) is charged at CHF 35.00 per person.
  • Overnight stay for the driver (if required) is charged at CHF 150.00.
  • Waiting time charges apply beyond free limits:
    • Standard Charge: CHF 60.00 / hour (charged in 30-minute increments after free wait time expires)

3. Waiting Time Policy

  • Airport pickups include up to 15 minutes of free waiting after landing.
  • Other pickups include 5 minutes of free waiting.
  • From 30 minutes of waiting, charges apply as per the vehicle category.
  • After 2 hours of waiting, the full return fare is charged as a new booking.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other secure online methods.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
  • All transactions are secured with encrypted payment processing.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup.
  • 50% charge for cancellations between 12–24 hours before the trip.
  • No refund for cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup or for no-shows.
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

6. Changes to Bookings

  • You may request changes up to 12 hours before pickup time.
  • Change requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7. Responsibilities and Conduct

  • Clients must behave respectfully towards the driver and vehicle at all times.
  • Smoking, consuming alcohol, or illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
  • Damage caused to the vehicle due to client misconduct will be charged in full.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

RST Navigo is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Flight delays or customs clearance beyond our control
    We will always strive to adjust pick-up times in such events where possible.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • RST Navigo accepts no liability for lost or damaged personal belongings.
  • The company is not responsible for any consequential loss arising from delays, missed flights, or appointments.
  • Clients are advised to carry valid travel insurance if applicable.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logo, etc.) is the property of RST Navigo and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich, Switzerland.
